This year we will decide together and announce a service project. Ideas and suggestions are welcome. If you have an idea, please contact Rev. Iris or any of our board members.

Our community is engaged in creating a world that's good for every one. Throughout the year, we take on various outreach projects to impact our local, as well as global community.

In 2010, we supported the Carroll County Neighbors in Need Program. This program provides gifts to more than 3000 of the counties low income residents. We collected items to donate for infants, toddlers, children, teens and adults and delivered them to their headquarters so they could distribute them.

 

In 2009, we created prayer shawls that were donated to the Carroll Hospital Prayer Shawl Ministry.

We also collected and donated gently worn shoes to soles4souls.org which distributes shoes to more than a dozen countries to children and adults who do not own any shoes.

In addition, we sent donations of school supplies, dental supplies and money to support an orphanage in Kenya.
